Hop to work with the Fly Bar - Balance, Plan and Jump

The Fly Bar allows you the adventure you were missing now a days in you busy schedules and equally busy weekends. Now, how you look at this is entirely you own wish, either it frightens you or magnetizes you; there is no other way out. Either you end up liking it in an instant or discarding it as hazardous (as was the case with me). But for those of you who love risk and enjoy being an out of the box thinker, this might be you next choice to go to work while hopping and popping.

Initially, I though how it would help anyone stay fit, but on a second thought it became clear. When you jump by using you legs and hands to control its fall, you would actually be exercising you biceps, calf muscles, thighs and hips (but somehow cannot escape the fact that it felt harmful for the backbone and related muscles!). And after a heavy breakfast and sumptuous snacks how you manage exercise on it is again something for you to decide.

If you go with expert views, then Andy MacDonald, pro skateboarder, also an MIT trained physicist, who co-designed the Fly Bar, thinks it’s a great way for staying fit and active. The Fly Bar is lightweight, only 13lbs, yet supports up to 80-180lbs! It has a fully adjustable rubber spring system, which acts at the base, working with leg strength and body weight it can go up to 4ft without any artificial propulsion mechanism. High strength aluminum body with vertical reinforcing chambers and footrests provides you extra stability

Its additional features can be listed as below:
· 8 elastomeric/rubber thrusters: makes you jump higher.
· Single Pin Piston adjustment with a variance of 9′ - 15′: adjust according to choice; beginner or expert.
· Advanced polyurethane shock and sound absorption system: ensures less noise
But before you start riding it, go through the manual carefully at least once. It will guide you for the hazards to look for and be prepared for a safe hopping experience. Helmets are a must for it, so are knee and arm guards.
The line, which attracted my attentions, is a million dollar worth, ‘Respect the risk’. Balance, Plan and Jump; follow strictly this order, do not go beyond these lines. Wish you a Happy & Safe Hopping!
